Carl first came to Colorado in 1961 when he entered the USAF Academy, graduating with a BS degree in 1965. He received a master’s degree in management and engineering from the University of Arkansas. Carl was a fighter pilot and test pilot in the Air Force for almost 30 years, retiring in 1994 with the rank of colonel. Carl has been a real estate investor since 1968 and currently owns thirteen homes in Douglas County plus several out of state. He received his Colorado real estate brokers license in 1995. Carl's forte is knowing the market value of residential property, for both buyers and sellers. He always provides personalized service to his customers.
